Joel’s 13 years of experience in digital marketing began with one of the first viral campaigns on the web. This experience elevated Joel into working with one of the world’s largest retailers to implement digital strategies for both local and global reach. Today, Joel works with our team to develop digital strategies and implement search engine optimization practices for our customers. With over 50,000 first page results and detailed knowledge of behavioral flow and user experience, Joel’s abilities refine the digital world into lead generation tools for our clients.

How do you define great advertising?
Great advertising creates emotion. It delivers an experience that puts consumers at ease that a product or service delivers exactly what they are looking for. It can incite passion, develop compassion or create loyalty.

What inspires your work?
Knowing that at the end of the day, we are developing strategies that work. When I see that we are delivering on our commitment to drive potential consumers to our clients in the most effective way possible and the corresponding brand is growing, I truly get a sense of satisfaction.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
My wife and I enjoy distance and obstacle races and train year round. We are also avid supporters of multiple foster care initiatives. When it comes to sports, I have been a lifelong 49er fan as has my father and my grandfather.
