  3. Maintain a branded look – Your email strategy must be consistent with your overall corporate identity. Your reader should have no doubt about who sent the email.
  4. Content is king – Make sure you understand which topics interest your readers most. Challenger Brands need to write their content in a way that sets them apart from all competitors.
  5. Don’t do the hard sell – Most people who subscribe to your e-Newsletter do so for the quality and value of the content. The moment you start to hard sell your reader is the moment you start to lose your credibility and readership.
