A Customer is not an interruption of our work; they are the purpose of it. We are not doing them a favor by serving them; they are doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.
A Customer is not an outsider to our business; they are part of it.
A Customer is not a cold statistic””a name on a file card or a ledger sheet. They are a flesh and blood human being with family, feelings and emotions like our own.
A Customer is not someone to argue with. Nobody ever wins an argument with a customer.
A Customer is a person who brings us their wants. It is our job to fulfill them profitably””for them and for ourselves.
